The overall aim of UGOT-ReWork is to develop, evaluate and implement co-created, concrete solutions for individuals with common mental disorders (CMD) or musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), primary care providers, employers, and social insurance. The solutions aim to reduce the negative impact of sickness absence (SA),support return-to-work (RTW) and sustainable and equitable RTW, and address structural conditions affecting RTW.

Aleksandre Asatiani is co-leading a work package focusing on how digital technologies shape the experiences of return-to-work after sickness absence.
